The Chef
Chef Michel Chiche, began his culinary journey at the Hotellerie College in Nice, graduating in 1976 with a B.T.C and C.A.P. in pastry. He apprenticed at CAPA Pâtisserie in Nice from 1976 to 1980. Chef Chiche further honed his skills under the mentorship of Chef Michel Richard in Beverly Hills and served as pastry chef at esteemed establishments, including the Beverly Hills Hotel and La Samanna Hotel in St. Martin.
Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Chiche has been celebrated for blending traditional French pastry techniques with innovative artistry.
